Full Competition Rules (£10k Cash Prize)

1. Introduction

These Competition Rules govern entry into the £10,000 Cash Prize Competition operated by Trizey (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these rules, together with any additional terms shown on the competition page, during checkout, or elsewhere on our website.

Please read these rules carefully before entering. If you do not agree to these rules, you should not enter the competition.

3. Eligibility

Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, or immediate family members of the promoter, and any person professionally connected with the administration of the competition, may not enter unless expressly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to require proof of age, identity, address, payment details, or eligibility at any time.

Any entry submitted in breach of these rules may be disqualified.

4. Competition Period

The competition opens on the date and time shown on the relevant competition page and closes on the stated closing date and time shown on that page, unless extended, amended, suspended, or closed earlier in accordance with these rules.

Entries received after the stated closing time will not be included in the draw.

We recommend that entrants do not wait until the last minute to enter, as we are not responsible for delays caused by internet issues, technical interruptions, payment failures, or any other event outside our reasonable control.

5. How to Enter

To enter the competition, eligible participants must:

complete the checkout process;
receive confirmation that the order and entry have been successfully recorded.

Only completed and successfully confirmed entries will be included in the draw.

Submission of an order does not by itself guarantee inclusion in the draw. Entries are included only once the relevant order has been successfully processed and recorded by us.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or void entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicated in error, submitted in breach of these rules, or otherwise invalid.

Entry options may include different bundles or quantities. Any pricing, discounts, or promotional presentation shown on the competition page applies only as displayed at the time of purchase and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion before the competition closes.

You are responsible for reviewing the entry details carefully before completing checkout.

We do not guarantee that any particular entry option will remain available throughout the competition period.

7. Entry Limits

Any limit on the number of entries per person, household, account, payment method, or address will be shown on the competition page or otherwise communicated during the entry process.

If no specific limit is stated, we reserve the right to refuse, void, or disqualify entries that appear excessive, automated, abusive, fraudulent, or contrary to the intended operation of the competition.

Where multiple entries are permitted, each valid completed entry recorded in accordance with these rules will be included separately in the draw.

9. Payment and Order Processing

We reserve the right to:

reject any transaction;
cancel or void any entry linked to a failed, reversed, disputed, chargebacked, refunded, or fraudulent transaction;
refuse entry where there is reasonable suspicion of payment fraud, misuse, or policy breach.

An entry connected to a payment later reversed, recalled, disputed, or found to be unauthorised may be removed from the competition at any time.

10. Draw Process

After the competition closes, one winner will be selected through the draw process described on the competition page or otherwise operated by us in accordance with these rules.

Where the competition page states that the draw is conducted live, the draw will be carried out in that manner after the competition closes.

The timing of the draw may be adjusted where reasonably necessary for operational, administrative, technical, verification, or compliance reasons.

The result of the draw is provisional until winner verification is completed.

11. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected for the advertised prize.

Selection of a provisional winner does not mean that the prize has been finally awarded. The selected entrant must first satisfy the verification requirements set out in these rules.

If the selected entrant is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails verification, or otherwise breaches these rules, we may disqualify that entrant and select an alternative winner.

12. Winner Verification

Before any prize is fulfilled, the selected entrant may be required to complete verification checks, including but not limited to:

proof of identity;
proof of age;
proof of address;
payment verification;
confirmation of compliance with these rules;
any other reasonable checks required for security, fraud prevention, or lawful prize fulfilment.

We may request documents, declarations, or other information that we reasonably consider necessary to complete verification.

Failure to respond within a reasonable time, failure to provide requested information, provision of false or misleading information, or inability to satisfy verification requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

13. Prize

The prize for this competition is:

£10,000 cash

The prize is as advertised and is non-transferable unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

No substitution, exchange, or alternative will be provided except where we are required to do so or where we reasonably determine that a substitute or alternative is necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where fulfilment of the original prize becomes impossible or impractical for reasons outside our reasonable control.

14. Prize Fulfilment

The prize will be paid only after the winner has successfully completed the required verification process.

Prize fulfilment may be made by bank transfer or by another reasonable payment method determined by us.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that any payment details provided are accurate and capable of receiving the prize.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details, banking issues, compliance checks, third-party payment providers, public holidays, technical failures, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

A reasonable processing period may apply between successful verification and prize fulfilment.

15. Winner Contact

We will attempt to contact the selected winner using the contact details provided during entry.

It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide accurate and current contact details and to monitor their phone, email, and other communication channels after the competition closes.

If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, fails to respond, refuses the prize, or does not complete verification, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and select another winner.

16. Publicity

By entering, you acknowledge that we may request the winner’s reasonable participation in publicity connected with the competition, including announcement of the winner and prize fulfilment.

Where permitted by law and subject to applicable privacy requirements, we may publish the winner’s first name, general location, and/or limited winner announcement details for transparency and promotional purposes.

If additional publicity content such as photography, video, testimonial, or interview material is requested, this will be subject to the winner’s cooperation and any applicable consent requirements.

17. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant, void any entry, or withhold the prize where we reasonably believe that:

We are not responsible for:

server interruptions;
technical failures;
internet connectivity issues;

software or hardware malfunctions;
delays or losses caused by third-party platforms or service providers.

If technical issues materially affect the operation of the competition, we reserve the right to suspend, amend, extend, or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary.

19. Cancellation, Amendment, or Suspension

We reserve the right to amend these rules, extend the competition period, suspend the competition, or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, technical, fraud-prevention, commercial, or other legitimate reasons.

Where a competition is cancelled and valid entries have already been accepted, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law, our published policies, and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, entries that have been validly processed and recorded for the competition may not be refundable.
