What is Trizey?

Trizey operates prize draw competitions where entrants can enter for the chance to win high-value prizes. No purchase is necessary to enter, and a free postal entry route is available for all competitions.

Is Trizey gambling?

No. Trizey competitions are operated as prize draws with a free entry route. A valid free postal entry route is available for every competition and free entries are treated equally to paid entries.

Entering Competitons

How do I enter a competition?

You can enter a competition online via the Trizey website by selecting your preferred entry option and completing checkout. Once your entry has been successfully processed, you will receive confirmation by email and your entry numbers will be available in your account.

Is there a free way to enter?

Yes. A free postal entry route is available for every competition.

Are free entries treated the same as paid entries?

Yes. All valid entries, whether submitted online or by post, are treated equally and are entered into the same draw with the same chance of winning.

Do I need an account to enter?

Yes. All entrants must have a registered Trizey account. This allows us to allocate entry numbers, issue confirmations, and administer competitions fairly. This requirement applies equally to online and postal entries.

How many times can I enter?

You may enter a competition multiple times, subject to any maximum entry limit stated on the relevant competition page. Creating multiple accounts to bypass entry limits is not permitted and may result in disqualification.

Can I enter on behalf of someone else?

No. Entries must be made in your own name and using your own correct details. We may require proof of identity and eligibility before awarding a prize.

Free Entry Route

How do I enter for free?

To enter for free, send your entry on an unenclosed postcard to: Trizey LTD, Unit 164512, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL.

What information do I need to include?

Your postal entry must clearly include:
  • your full name; 
  • your residential address; 
  • a valid contact telephone number; 
  • a valid email address; 
  • the name of the competition you wish to enter. 
Entries that are incomplete, unclear or incorrect may not be processed.

How many free entries can I send?

You may submit multiple free entries, subject to any maximum entry limit stated on the competition page. Each entry must be sent separately. Bulk or combined entries may be treated as a single entry.

Do I need to pay for postage?

Yes. Standard postage costs apply and are the responsibility of the entrant.

When does my entry need to arrive?

Your entry must be received before the competition closing date and time. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

Will I receive confirmation of my free entry?

Yes. Once your entry has been received and processed, we will allocate your entry and send confirmation by email.

Competition Timings

When does a competition close?

Each competition has a clearly stated closing date and time displayed on the competition page.

Can competitions close early?

Yes. Competitions may close early if all available entries are sold or allocated before the stated closing time.

Will competitions be extended?

No. Competitions will not usually be extended beyond the stated closing date.

What happens if not all entries are sold?

Competitions will proceed as advertised regardless of the number of entries sold, unless cancelled in exceptional circumstances.

Draws and Winner Selection

How is the winner chosen?

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries once the competition has closed. The draw may be conducted live or recorded.

Are the draws fair?

Yes. All draws are conducted fairly and randomly. Free and paid entries are included in the same draw and have equal chances of winning.

What happens if a selected entry is invalid?

If a selected entry is invalid, unverified or disqualified, we will redraw until a valid winner is identified.

Can I see my entry numbers?

Yes. Your entry numbers will be available in your confirmation email and/or your account.

Winners

How will winners be contacted?

Winners are contacted using the details provided at entry, typically by email and/or telephone. It is your responsibility to ensure your details are correct.

How long do winners have to respond?

Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified.

What happens if a winner does not respond?

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond in time, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Will my name be published if I win?

With your consent, we may publish your first name and town or city of residence. We will not publish personal data beyond what is reasonable without your permission, except where required by law.

Will I need to prove my identity if I win?

Yes. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving a prize.

Prizes

How do I receive my prize?

  • Cash prizes are paid directly to the verified winner by UK bank transfer. 
  • Physical prizes are delivered by courier or arranged directly with the winner. 
  • Vehicle or high-value prizes may require delivery, collection, transfer paperwork, or additional verification steps. 

How long does it take to receive a prize?

We aim to fulfil prizes as quickly as possible. Timeframes vary depending on the prize type and verification process.

Can I choose a cash alternative?

Cash alternatives are only available where clearly stated on the competition page.

Are prizes transferable?

No. Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the verified winner.

What happens if a prize becomes unavailable?

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Are prizes taxable?

Winners are responsible for any personal tax liabilities or costs associated with the prize unless otherwise stated.

Payments & Security

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We do not store full card details ourselves.

What happens if I’m charged twice?

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support@trizey.com and we will investigate.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment is declined or not successfully authorised, your entry will not be valid until payment has been successfully processed.

Refunds & Cancellations

Can I get a refund?

Entries are final once processed. Refunds are only available in limited circumstances, including where:
  • a competition is cancelled; or 
  • a duplicate payment has been made in error; or 
  • a technical issue resulted in payment being taken without a valid entry being allocated. 

What happens if a competition is cancelled?

If a competition is cancelled, all paid entries will be refunded to the original payment method used, unless otherwise required by law.

Will I get a refund if I change my mind?

No. Refunds are not available for change of mind once an entry has been validly processed.

Will I get a refund if I am disqualified or found to be ineligible?

No. If you are disqualified or found to be ineligible after entering, your entry fee will not usually be refunded.

Eligibility

Who can enter?

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, unless otherwise stated on the relevant competition page.

What if I’m not eligible?

If you are found to be ineligible, your entry may be disqualified and any prize forfeited.

Can I enter if I live outside the UK?

Only if the competition page expressly states that entries from outside the UK are permitted. Otherwise, entry is restricted to UK residents.

Fair Use, Fraud & Misuse

What happens if I create multiple accounts?

Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or bypass entry limits is prohibited and may result in disqualification, account suspension, and forfeiture of any prize claim.

Can entries be disqualified?

Yes. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or disqualify entries where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, abuse, false information, automated entry, chargeback abuse, or any breach of our Terms & Conditions, Competition Rules or Free Entry Route.

Yes. We may carry out identity, eligibility and fraud-prevention checks where necessary, particularly for high-value prizes or suspicious account activity.

Can my entry be disqualified?

Yes. We may disqualify entries where fraud, misuse, multiple accounts, false information or breaches of our Terms & Conditions are identified.
