1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Trizey website and all competitions promoted through it.
The promoter of all competitions is Trizey Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

Conditions to “Trizey”, “the Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Trizey Limited.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or entering any competition, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the Competitions
Trizey operates prize draw competitions through its website. The Promoter may run multiple competitions at the same time, each with a specified prize or prize package.
 
No purchase is necessary to enter any competition. A free postal entry route is available for every competition and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
 
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant competition page, all competitions are open to eligible entrants on the same basis and winners are selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

3. Eligibility 
Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise stated on the relevant competition page. The following persons are not eligible to enter:
  • employees, officers, contractors or agents of the Promoter; 
  • any person professionally connected with the operation or administration of the competitions; 
  • members of the immediate family or household of any of the above. 
By entering a competition, you confirm that:
  • you are legally capable of entering the competition; 
  • you are eligible to do so; 
  • the information you provide is true, complete and accurate. 
We reserve the right to require proof of identity, proof of age, proof of address, or any other information reasonably required to verify eligibility. If you fail to provide such information within a reasonable time, your entry may be disqualified.

4. Account Registration
To enter competitions on the website, you may be required to register an account.You agree that:
  • you will provide accurate and complete information; 
  • you will keep your login details secure; 
  • you will not create more than one account for yourself; 
  • you will not create an account for another person; 
  • you will not use multiple accounts to bypass any entry limits. 
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any account where we reasonably believe that:
  • false or misleading information has been provided; 
  • multiple accounts have been created to gain an unfair advantage; 
  • fraud, abuse or misuse has occurred; 
  • these Terms & Conditions have been breached. 

5. How to Enter – Online Entry
Entries may be submitted online via the Trizey website during the period shown on the relevant competition page. Each competition page will state:
  • the prize; 
  • the opening and closing date/time; 
  • the entry price or entry bundle options; 
  • any maximum number of entries per person; 
  • any cash alternative, where applicable. 
An entry is only valid once payment has been successfully authorised and processed. Entry confirmation and entry numbers will be issued by email and/or made available through your account.

All payments must be made in pounds sterling (GBP) using the payment methods available on the website.

6. Free Postal Entry Route
No purchase is necessary to enter any competition. A free postal entry route is available for every competition.To enter for free, you must comply with the following requirements:

6.1 Postal Address
Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard to:

6.2 Required Information
Each postcard must clearly include:
  • your full name; 
  • your residential address; 
  • a valid contact telephone number; 
  • a valid email address; 
  • the name of the competition you wish to enter. 
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, inaccurate or otherwise fail to comply with these requirements may be rejected.

6.3 Equal Treatment
Each valid postal entry will be allocated entries on the same basis as an online entry. All valid entries, whether submitted online or by post, are treated equally and have the same chance of winning.
 
6.4 Multiple Free Entries
You may submit multiple free entries to a competition, subject to any maximum entry limit stated on the competition page.Each postal entry must be submitted on a separate postcard and posted separately. Multiple entries submitted together in a single envelope or package may be treated as one entry only.

6.5 Deadline
Postal entries must be received by the Promoter before the stated closing date and time of the relevant competition. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw.

6.6 Account Requirement
To enable the Promoter to allocate entry numbers and communicate entry confirmations, entrants must have a registered account on the website. This requirement applies equally to online and postal entries.

6.7 Confirmation
Where a valid postal entry is received and accepted, the Promoter will process it and issue confirmation by email.

6.8 Invalid Postal Entries
Hand-delivered entries, bulk entries, or entries that do not comply with these Terms may be declared invalid.

7. Entry Limits
Each competition may have a maximum number of entries per person. Where a limit applies, it will be stated on the relevant competition page.
 If an entrant attempts to bypass an entry limit by creating multiple accounts, using false details, or otherwise acting unfairly, the Promoter may disqualify the entrant and void any affected entries.

8. Competition Period and Closing
Each competition opens and closes on the dates and times shown on the competition page. A competition may close early if:
  • the maximum number of entries has been sold or allocated; or 
  • the Promoter reasonably considers early closure necessary for operational, legal or technical reasons. 
Competitions will not usually be extended beyond the closing date shown, except where a technical, legal or operational issue makes this necessary.

Unless otherwise stated, competitions may still proceed and prizes may still be awarded even if the competition does not sell out.

9. Draw and Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries received before the competition closes. The draw may be conducted:
  • live on social media or another public platform; 
  • by recorded random selection; 
  • or by another fair and transparent method determined by the Promoter. 
Entry numbers will be allocated to all valid entries. Where a random number generator or similar method is used, the winning number will determine the winner.
 If a selected entry is invalid, ineligible, disqualified, unverified, or otherwise incapable of winning, the Promoter reserves the right to repeat the random selection process until a valid winner is identified.
Unless otherwise stated, there will be one winner per competition.

10. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry, which may include email, telephone or other reasonable means.
Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified, unless otherwise stated.
If a winner:
  • cannot be contacted; 
  • does not respond in time; 
  • fails to provide the required verification documents; 
  • is found to be ineligible; 
  • or refuses the prize, 
the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

11. Prizes
The prize for each competition is the prize described on the relevant competition page.
Prize descriptions are provided in good faith and to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge at the time of publication. However, the Promoter makes no representation or warranty that the information on the website is error-free, complete or up to date.
Prizes are non-transferable and may only be claimed by the verified winner, unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing.

11.1 Cash Prizes 
Cash prizes will be paid directly to the verified winner by bank transfer.

11.2 Physical Prizes
Physical prizes may be delivered by courier, supplied by a third party, or made available for collection, depending on the nature of the prize.

11.3 Vehicle or High-Value Prizes
Vehicle and high-value prizes may require further documentation, identity checks, transfer paperwork, insurance arrangements, delivery coordination, or collection arrangements.

11.4 Cash Alternatives
Cash alternatives are only available where expressly stated on the relevant competition page.

11.5 Prize Substitution
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable or if substitution is reasonably necessary.

11.6 Winner Costs
Unless expressly stated otherwise, winners are responsible for all costs associated with receiving, collecting, owning or using a prize, including but not limited to:
  • insurance; 
  • registration; 
  • tax; 
  • travel; 
  • maintenance; 
  • storage; 
  • and any ongoing expenses. 

12. Prize Fulfilment and Verification
Before a prize is awarded, the Promoter may require the winner to provide:
  • proof of identity; 
  • proof of age; 
  • proof of address; 
  • proof of account ownership; 
  • or any other information reasonably required for verification and prize fulfilment. 
A prize may not be collected or delivered to another person on the winner’s behalf unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing.
Failure to complete verification may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.

13. Payments
Payments for online entries are processed securely using the payment methods provided on the website.The Promoter does not store full card payment details.By submitting payment, you confirm that:
  • you are authorised to use the payment method provided; 
  • the details supplied are accurate; 
  • the transaction is legitimate. 
If payment fails, is declined, or is not properly authorised, the entry will not be valid.

14. Refunds
All valid entries are final once processed.
Refunds will only be provided in limited circumstances, including where:
  • a competition is cancelled; 
  • a duplicate payment has been made in error; 
  • a technical issue resulted in payment being taken without a valid entry being allocated. 
No refund will be given:
  • for change of mind; 
  • if you later discover you are not eligible; 
  • if you are disqualified for breach of these Terms; 
  • where an entry has been validly processed in accordance with these Terms. 
Any refund due will usually be made to the original payment method used.

15. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, cancel, void or disqualify any entry or entrant where it reasonably believes that:
  • fraud or attempted fraud has occurred; 
  • false, incomplete or misleading information has been provided; 
  • multiple accounts have been used unfairly; 
  • automated systems, bots, scripts or other artificial means have been used; 
  • the entrant has interfered with the website or draw process; 
  • chargeback abuse has occurred; 
  • these Terms have been breached;  
  • or the entrant has acted contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition. 
Where an entry is disqualified for breach of these Terms, no refund will usually be given.

16. Website Use
By using the Trizey website, you agree not to:
  • use the website for unlawful purposes; 
  • upload harmful code, viruses or malicious content; 
  • interfere with the operation of the website; 
  • attempt unauthorised access to systems or data; 
  • scrape, copy, reproduce or exploit website content without permission. 
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Promoter does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and is not responsible for downtime, outages or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

18. Publicity
If you win a competition, the Promoter may ask for your consent to use your:
  • first name; 
  • town or city; 
  • photograph; 
  • image; 
  • video footage; 
  • voice; 
  • testimonial 
for promotional purposes on the website, social media, and marketing materials.
 Participation in publicity is voluntary unless publication is required by law or reasonably necessary to demonstrate that a genuine winner has been selected.
The Promoter will handle all such data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

19. Privacy and Data Protection
The Promoter processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By creating an account or entering a competition, you acknowledge that your personal data may be used to:
  • administer your account; 
  • process and validate entries; 
  • conduct draws; 
  • contact winners; 
  • deliver prizes; 
  • prevent fraud; 
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations; 
  • and improve the website and services. 

20. Anti-Fraud and Compliance Checks
The Promoter may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of entrants and winners, especially where prizes are high in value or suspicious activity is detected.

The Promoter reserves the right to:
  • request identification documents; 
  • verify eligibility and account ownership; 
  • retain records for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes; 
  • and cooperate with regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts and other competent authorities where required. 
The Promoter does not accept anonymous accounts or accounts opened using false, misleading or fictitious information.

21. Cancellation, Suspension and Changes
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw any competition, or to amend these Terms & Conditions, where reasonably necessary due to:
  • technical issues; 
  • legal or regulatory reasons; 
  • fraud concerns; 
  • prize unavailability; 
  • or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 
Any material changes will be published on the website and, where appropriate, communicated to entrants.
If a competition is cancelled, the Promoter will refund any paid entries as set out above and shall have no further liability except where required by law.

22. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence; 
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; 
  • or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 
Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:
  • indirect or consequential loss;  
  • loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity; 
  • technical failures, server errors or website downtime; 
  • postal entries lost, delayed or damaged in transit; 
  • inaccurate information supplied by entrants; 
  • or third-party delays or failures relating to couriers, suppliers, travel providers or prize fulfilment services. 
The Promoter’s total liability in relation to any competition shall not exceed the amount paid by the entrant for the relevant entry, unless otherwise required by law.

23. Force Majeure
The Promoter shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • natural disasters; 
  • severe weather; 
  • fire or flood; 
  • war, terrorism or civil unrest;  
  • epidemic or pandemic; 
  • labour disputes; 
  • government action; 
  • supplier failure; 
  • technical outages; 
  • or interruptions to transport or communications. 
In such circumstances, the Promoter may delay, amend, suspend or cancel a competition where reasonably necessary.

24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

25. No Waiver
Any failure or delay by the Promoter to exercise a right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
